By booking a TaskBuddys service you agree to these terms.

What we provide

TaskBuddys provides independent observational documentation and evidence of a construction project, including photos, video and a written report. We do not provide structural engineering certification unless a qualified professional is specifically engaged.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate site address, landmark and access information.
• Ensure a site contact can allow safe access on the agreed day.
• Confirm you are entitled to request an inspection of the property.

Scheduling

Visits are scheduled after payment is confirmed. Timing depends on location, weather, security conditions and site access. We will keep you updated by WhatsApp or email.

Reports

Reports describe what was observed on the day of the visit. They are not a guarantee of workmanship, compliance or future condition, and they are for your own use.

Payments

Prices are shown at checkout in your selected currency. Payments are processed by our payment providers.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service. We are not liable for decisions you or third parties take based on a report.

Refunds

Full refund if TaskBuddys cannot deliver the agreed inspection and report.
