• To send booking confirmations and service updates.
• To meet legal, accounting and fraud prevention duties.

Sharing

We share only what is necessary with our inspectors and with our payment and email providers. We do not sell your data. Site contact details are used solely to arrange access for the visit.

Retention

We keep booking and report records for as long as needed to provide the service and to satisfy legal obligations, then delete or anonymise them.

Your rights
